A Step-by-Step Guide
Creating your own AI-powered agent on Agentify is designed to be intuitive, even without coding experience.
Getting Started with the Agent Builder
Navigate to the "Build Agent" or "Create Agent" section within the Agentify platform.
Familiarize yourself with the builder interface, noting areas for template selection, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Choosing a Template
Browse the available pre-built templates.
Select a template that most closely matches your desired automation task as a starting point. You can also choose to start from scratch.
Customizing Agent Settings
Basic Information: Assign a name, description, and optional profile picture to your agent.
Core Logic: Use the visual interface to define the agent's behavior.
Triggers: Set the conditions that will activate the agent.
Actions: Define what the agent should do when triggered.
Parameters: Adjust specific settings like trade amount, risk levels, target addresses, content templates.
AI Configuration: Select the desired Large Language Model (LLM) and adjust the "temperature" setting to control the creativity vs. predictability of AI-generated responses or decisions.
Connectivity: Configure necessary API keys or wallet connections securely within the platform's interface.
Previewing and Testing Your Agent
Utilize the "Preview" or "Test" function within the builder.
Run the agent in a simulated environment using test data or scenarios.
Verify that the agent behaves as expected, triggers correctly, and performs the intended actions without errors. Iterate on settings as needed.
Deploying to the Marketplace
Once satisfied with testing, choose your deployment option.
Deploy for Personal Use: The agent will be active for your account only.
Submit for Marketplace Listing:
Provide comprehensive documentation about the agent's functionality, setup requirements, and potential risks.
Submit the agent for the Agentify Certification process.
If approved, set your desired price and list it on the marketplace for other users to purchase.
Best Practices for Agent Design
Start Simple: Begin with a clear, focused task for your first agent.
Test Thoroughly: Rigorous testing is crucial before deploying, especially for agents handling financial transactions.
Understand Parameters: Be fully aware of what each setting controls.
Implement Safeguards: Include risk management parameters.
Document Clearly: If sharing or selling, provide clear instructions for other users.
Monitor Performance: Regularly check your active agents to ensure they are performing as expected.
